Check the cooling system for leaks

Remove

1.	Open bonnet

Warning: Do not open coolant compensation tank cap until engine has cooled down
2.	Unscrew cover of coolant compensation tank

Check coolant level at coolant compensation tank

•	To marking KALT/COLD – top up coolant if necessary

4.	Attach cooling system tester (1)

Apply pressure to cooling system

•	With approx. 100 kPa (1 bar)

Check cooling system for leaks

•	Check for leaks

Detach cooling system tester

•	Release pressure

Install

8.	Close cover of coolant compensation tank

9.	Close bonnet
