Exhaust Manifold, Replace

  Remove

1.   Remove exhaust manifold with turbocharger LUREF_1.gif
2.   Remove turbocharger (1)
•   Unscrew 3x nut (arrows)
Object Number: 2408366 Size: DEFAULT


3.   Cleaning work
•   Cylinder head, exhaust manifold
4.   Reassemble small parts
•   3x stud bolt

  Install

5.   Install turbocharger
•   Tighten 3x nuts 25 Nm
6.   Install turbocharger with exhaust manifold LUREF_1.gif
