Check engine oil pressure (Z 12 XE, Z 12 XEP, Z 14 XEP) > < J315500-009 Oil Intake Pipe, Replace (Z 18 XE, with Air Conditioning, LHD) (Oil Sump Removed)

J317700 Oil Dipstick Guide Tube, Remove and Install (Z 18 XE, with Air Conditioning, LHD)

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Release oil dipstick guide tube (1)
•   Remove bolt (arrow)
3.   Remove oil dipstick guide tube
•   Turn oil dipstick guide tube to the left
Object Number: 2411344 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

4.   Insert dipstick guide tube
Note:   When installing, turn oil dipstick guide tube to the right
•   Replace 2x seal rings (2)
5.   Fasten oil dipstick guide tube
•   Tighten bolt 8 Nm
6.   Check and correct engine oil level
7.   Close bonnet

Check engine oil pressure (Z 12 XE, Z 12 XEP, Z 14 XEP) > < J315500-009 Oil Intake Pipe, Replace (Z 18 XE, with Air Conditioning, LHD) (Oil Sump Removed)
