Removing and installing oil dipstick guide tube (Z 12 XE, Z 14 XEP up to MY 2004, with air conditioning, LHD)

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet 2.   Raise vehicle 3.   Remove oil dipstick guide tube Note:   Rotate oil dipstick guide tube to the left when withdrawing •   Remove bolt (arrow)

  Install

4.   Insert dipstick guide tube Note:   Rotate oil dipstick guide tube to the right when inserting •   Replace 2 seal rings (1) •   Tighten bolt 8 Nm 5.   Lower vehicle 6.   Check engine oil level and correct if necessary 7.   Close bonnet
