Remedy:
In case of customer complaint replace the upper screw of steering
intermediate shaft.
1. Remove upper screw for steering intermediate shaft (Picture I, 1).
2. Re-cut thread in steering intermediate shaft
3. Install upper screw for steering intermediate shaft.
Note:
Use new screw.
Use locking compound.
Tightening torque 24 Nm + 60°.
