Windscreen Wiper Motor, Remove and Install
 Remove

Detach water deflector
|
| 2. |
Remove windscreen wiper motor
| • |
Release wiring harness plug, windscreen wiper motor, and
disconnect
|

Remove wiper linkage with motor
| – |
Remove 2x bolt (see illustration l)
|
|
| • |
Detach linkage from crank, windscreen wiper linkage (1)
|
| • |
Unscrew crank from motor, motor from linkage
| – |
Unscrew 3 x bolt (see illustration ll)
|
|
|

|
Install
| 3. |
Attach motor to linkage
Note: Before attaching
the crank to the wiper motor, connect the wiper motor electrically
and move to limit position. Ensure the crank is in the correct
position.

Install windscreen wiper motor with linkage

Connect wiring harness plug
|

| 5. |
Attach water deflector
|
| 6. |
Attach windscreen wiper arms
|
| 7. |
Make basic windscreen wiper arm adjustments
