Replace lower B-pillar inner panelling - W5L

  Remove

1.   Move front seat to forwardmost position
Object Number: 10680030 Size: DEFAULT

2.   Detach partition (1)
Note:   The fixing points on the rear are shown for clarity.
•   Unscrew 8x screws (arrows)
•   Remove 6x from guide

3.   Detach belt fixing (1) on belt tensioner
•   Detach felt strip (2)
•   Using a small screwdriver (4), release clamp (3) for belt fixing

4.   Detach upper B-pillar panelling (1)
•   Unclip 3x (arrows)
•   Unthread belt (2)
5.   Detach belt height adjustment panel (3)
•   Remove from guide

6.   Detach lower B-pillar panelling (2)
•   Detach sill panelling in rear area
•   Unscrew bolt (1)
•   Unclip 4x panels (arrows)
•   Unthread belt tensioner (3)

  Install

7.   Attach lower B-pillar panelling
Note:   Ensure door rubber strip sits correctly
•   Thread belt tensioner
•   Clip in 4x panels
•   Tighten the bolt
•   Attach sill panelling in rear area
8.   Attach belt height adjustment panel
•   Insert in guide
9.   Install upper B-pillar panelling right
Note:   Ensure door rubber strip sits correctly
•   Thread belt in
•   Insert in guide
•   Clip in 3x
10.   Attach belt fixing to belt tensioner
•   Engage belt fixing
•   Affix felt strip
11.   Attach partition
•   Insert 6x in guide
•   Tighten 8x bolt
12.   Return front seat to original position
