| Complaint: |
A strong working noise from AC compressor is
audible when the air conditioning is switched on. |
| Cause: |
Increased system pressure in the air
conditioning system due to insufficient cooling performance of the
radiator fan. |
| Production: |

Remedy:
In case of a customer complaint ensure that the radiator fan
works in all three speed levels.
This can be done by carrying out an actuator test with
Tech 2.
If the fan does not work in the lowest and intermediate speed level
it is most likely caused by an defective radiator fan resistor.
Do not replace AC compressors without prior performing this
check.
