Replace rear toothed belt cover
 Remove
| 1. |
Remove toothed belt tensioning device 
|
| 2. |
Remove toothed belt guide roller
|
| 3. |
Detach exhaust camshaft sprocket
| • |
Attach KM-6347 (1) in conjunction
with KM-956-1 (2) to camshaft
sprocket
| – |
Undo 2x bolts (3) of KM-6347
|
| – |
Insert KM-6347 in camshaft sprocket -
ensure correct seat
Note: The grooves of
KM-6347 (arrows) must engage with
camshaft sprocket
|
| – |
Turn KM-6347 in the direction of the
arrow
|
|
| • |
Release camshaft sprocket fastening bolt (4)
| – |
Counterhold with KM-6347
|
|
| • |
Unscrew camshaft sprocket fastening bolt
| – |
Remove camshaft sprocket
|
|
|
|
|
| 4. |
Detach intake camshaft sprocket accordingly
|
| 5. |
Detach rear toothed belt cover (1)
|
|
|
Install
| 6. |
Attach rear toothed belt cover
|
| 7. |
Attach KM-6347 to exhaust camshaft
sprocket
| • |
Position camshaft sprocket - check marking
|
| • |
Screw in new camshaft sprocket bolt (4)
| – |
Attach KM-6347 (1) in conjunction
with KM-956-1 (2) to camshaft
sprocket
|
| – |
Loosen fixing bolts (3) of KM-6347
|
| – |
Insert KM-6347 in camshaft sprocket -
ensure correct seat
Note: The grooves of
KM-6347 (arrows) must engage with
camshaft sprocket.
|
| – |
Turn KM-6347 in the direction of the
arrow
|
|
|
| 8. |
Tighten exhaust camshaft sprocket 50 Nm
+ 60° + 15°
| • |
Counterhold with KM-6347
|
|
| 9. |
Proceed accordingly with intake camshaft sprocket
| • |
Tighten intake camshaft sprocket 50 Nm
+ 60° + 15°
|
|
| 10. |
Install toothed belt guide roller
|
| 11. |
Install toothed belt tensioning device
|
|
