| Complaint: |
SVS Illuminated with DTC P0573 stored.
Customer may also complain that cruise control does not work.
Vehicles with automatic transmission may also log DTC P1700. |
| Cause: |
Investigations have found that due to
software weaknesses under certain operating conditions the brake
switch status returns implausible value which sets DTC P0573 and/or
disables cruise control. This implausible condition may be seen in
the Tech2 data list, when both brake switch 1 and brake switch 2
are 'Active'. |

Remedy:
In case of customer complaint program ECM with latest software
version.
The new ECM software for Corsa-D is available since
CW24/2011.
New ECM software for Meriva-B is available since CW30/2011.

The costs for this repair will be covered during warranty and policy.
