Remove and install throttle valve connector (Z13DTH)

Remove

1.	Open bonnet

2.	Remove battery tray

Remove charge air hose from intercooler to charge air pipe (1)

•	Release clamp

Remove charge air pipe (1)

•	Unscrew 2x bolts (2)

Remove throttle valve module (1)

•	Remove vacuum pipe (2) from solenoid valve

•	Unscrew 3 bolts

Install

Install throttle valve module

•	Tighten 3x bolt 8 Nm

•	Attach vacuum pipe to solenoid valve

Attach charge air pipe

•	Replace gasket

•	Tighten 2x bolts

Install charge air hose, intercooler to charge air pipe

•	Tighten clamp 3.5 Nm

9.	Install battery holder

10.	Close bonnet
