Replace crankshaft pulse pick-up (with start/stop system) > < Replace toothed belt guide roller

Replace electrical coolant pump bracket

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Drain coolant
•   Place collecting pan underneath.
•   Push on suitable hose (2)
•   Open drain cock (1) in the direction of the arrow
•   Collect coolant
•   Close drain cock

3.   Remove battery
4.   Remove battery tray
5.   Detach electrical coolant pump from bracket
•   Unscrew 3x bolts (1)

6.   Detach electrical coolant pump bracket (1)
•   Unscrew 2x bolts (2)
Object Number: 20448399 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

7.   Attach electrical coolant pump bracket
•   Tighten 2x bolts
8.   Attach electrical coolant pump to bracket
•   Tighten 3x bolts
9.   Install battery holder
10.   Install battery
11.   Fill and bleed cooling system LUREF_1.gif
12.   Close bonnet
