Remove and install turbocharger oil return line > < Replace vacuum reservoir

Corsa D

Remove and install turbocharger oil feed line

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Disconnect battery
•   Detach earth connection from earth terminal
– Slacken nut
3.   Remove engine cover
4.   Remove air intake hose
•   Unscrew bolt
•   Undo 2 clamps
5.   Place collecting pan underneath.
6.   Detach turbocharger oil feed line (1)
•   Unscrew 2x bolts

  Install

7.   Install turbocharger oil feed line
•   Replace 4x seal rings
•   Tighten 2x bolt 22 Nm
8.   Install air intake hose
•   Tighten bolt
•   Tighten 2x clamp 3.5 Nm
9.   Install engine cover
10.   Connect battery
•   Attach earth connection to earth terminal
– Tighten nut
11.   Program volatile memories
12.   Close bonnet

Remove and install turbocharger oil return line > < Replace vacuum reservoir
