Front Spoiler, Service Install

Models 93, 94

Install

Drill holes in wing according to given dimensions.

Protect holes against corrosion.

Check standard drilled holes on lower flange of air deflector panel and wing.

For dimensions see illustration.

Remove front panelling.

Mount spoiler bracket to front panelling.

Space bracket according to measured values.

Outside: Tightly bolt 2 sheet-metal brackets to front panelling.

Centre: Clip in 4 plastic brackets to front panelling.

Mount spoiler.

1     Front spoiler

2     Hex bolt M 6 x 18 mm/0.71 in. and nut

3     Self-tapping screw for 6 brackets

4     Cover plugs for 6 brackets

5     Body-bound rivet (spoiler bottom)

6     Body-bound rivet (spoiler side)
