Accelerator Pump, Check

Injection Quanity, Check

Preconditions:

Float chamber must be at normal level during measurement, this means, fuel must continue to flow. Injection should start immediately with valve actuatin.

-      Turn stepped plate (1) and hold so that adjustment screw does not rest on it.

-      Hold carburettor over glass gauge.

-      Open and close thottle valve reguulary 10 times (approx. 1 sec/storke).

       Pause for 3 sec. between each storke.

-      Compare meansured fuel amount with nominal valve (see Technical Data).

-      Turn curved plate (2) to correct. For this, loosen clamp bold (1).

Increase injection amount:     + direction

Decrease injection amount:    - direction

Injection Jet, Check

-      Remove carburettor cover.

-      Install (press) injection tube so that fuel jet is directed towards recess (arrow).
