Oil Pump Seal Ring, Replace

Remove toothed belt.

See operation "Toothed Belt, Replace".

Remove flywheel protective shield.

Remove toothed belt drive pulley.

See operation "Oil Pump, Remove and Install".

Pierce seal ring, insert self-tapping screw and pull out seal ring.

Coat sealing lip on new seal ring with engine oil and insert seal ring in oil pump cover.

Drive seal ring into oil pump cover with KM - 657.

Install toothed belt drive pulley.

Install toothed belt.
