Mixture correction at idle speed is carried out via the 02 BLM IDLE THR. if the integrator deviates from the stochiometric air/fuel ratio for a longer period of time.

The aim of the 02 BLM IDLE THR. is:

to increase the value (if the mixture is too lean and therefore the integrator > 128) until the integrator is on average 128 again,

or:                    to decrease the value (if the mixture is too rich and therefore the integrator < 128) until the integrator is on average 128 again.

02 BLM IDLE THR. is a tolerance measure for components, but also reacts to influences of engine friction, air leaks, etc.

Note: 02 BLM IDLE THR. is only active with throttle valve closed, i.e. < 5 %.
