Idle Air Control Stepper Motor, Replace

Disconnect wiring harness plug.

Unscrew fastening bolts and carefully remove idle air control stepper motor from housing.

note:

Note version of idle air control stepper motor.

Different cone for C 12 NZ, C 13 N / C 14 NZ or C 16 NZ.

Important:

In order not to damage the housing when installing, the distance between the cone tip and the flange (1) must not be greater than 28 mm/1.10 in.. If this is not the case, carefully push in the cone as far as the stop.

Insert bolts with Locking Compound, Catalogue No. 15 10 177 (90 167 347) and tighten to 2.5 Nm/1.84 lbf. ft.
