·   The control unit has determined a voltage level at output Ter. D 10 to ignition module (EST lead) during starting which does not correspond to the nominal value (10 consecutive 12 V to 0 V transitions were not registered)

·   (Short circuit to battery voltage)

If trouble code 42 was recognized, the EST lead is switched off. The engine does not start.
