Oxygen Sensor, Remove and Install
(except for C 16 SEI)
Remove
Remove plug and unscrew oxygen sensor from exhaust manifold
(only with engine at operating temperature).
Important:
Protect oxygen sensor from fuel and silicon.
When re-using the old oxygen sensor, insert with Special Grease
19 48 602 (5 613 695).
Install
Screw oxygen sensor onto exhaust manifold - torque
30 Nm/22.1 lbf. ft.
Insert plug.
