Flywheel                                                      10 S, 12 NC, E 12 GV

Starter ring gear                               Heat ring gear to 180° to 230° C before installing

Lateral runout                                  Permissible lateral runout of installed ring gear to flyeel:

                                                                                                        0.5 mm

Precision turning                              Maximum allowable removal of material in the area of the

                                                         clutch fining surface:

                                                                                                        0.3 mm

                                                         To restore functional relationships after removing material, the raised face

                                                         of the flywheel (bearing surface for clutch assembly) must have the same

                                                         amount of material removed.
