Electric High Pressure Pump of Headlamp Wash System, Replace

Remove

If necessary, lift closure cap from washer fluid reservoir.

Seal filler opening airtight with Plastic Compound 90 001 894 - 15 01 587.

Remove wiring harness plug from pump.

Push pump out in direction of arrow "A" and pull out of rubber gasket in direction of arrow "B".

Unscrew hose clamp.

Separate hose directly behind the high pressure pump, using side cutter.

Install

Install in reverse order.

Wet the pump nipple with washer fluid and slide the hose on the nipple.

(Heat hose slightly).

Check function with lamp switched on.
