Rear Side Floor, Replace
(Additional operations to "Lower Rear Sill, Replace" and "Rear
Inner Section of Rear Quarter Panel, Replace")
Caution
Use body straightening system.
 Remove
|
Attaching parts, separate, drill off rear side floor.
Provide access to welding points on rear frame by separating
retaining support (x = separation point).
Observe size of new part!

Observe welding seam length specifications!
Use 8 mm holes for all spot welding.
All welding length specifications in mm.
Install
|
Fit rear side floor panel.
|
|
Use body straightening system.
|
|
Apply spot weld paint.
|
|
Weld in new part.
|
|
Seal cavities.
|
|
Apply underseal.
|
|
Attaching parts.
|
|
