Floor, Rear, Rear Frame (Partial Replacement) and
Crossmember, Replace – Models 25, 26, 27

(Additional operations to "Rear Quarter Panel, Replace" and
"Lower Rear End Panel, Replace")
Note: As of MY 2000,
the bottom pan in area of spare wheel housing seam (outer side)
must be made 5-6 mm smaller.
From MY 2000, 5 rear frame extensions are same length. Cutting
lines "1" and "2" apply from then, corresponds to approx 450 mm
measurement line no longer applies.

 Remove
|
Attaching parts.
|

Separate rear floor according to specifications:
|
|
1 = partial replacement "long" corresponds to approximately 940
mm.
|
|
2 = partial replacement "short" corresponds to approximately 690
mm.
|
|
Separate rear frame according to specifications:
|
|
1 = partial replacement "long" corresponds to approximately 870
mm.
|
|
2 = partial replacement "short" corresponds to approximately 640
mm.
|
|
Observe size of new part!
|
Install
Fit rear frame, crossmember and rear floor panel. Use body
straightening system. Apply spot weld paint and weld in new parts.
Seal cavities and apply underseal.
Attaching parts.
