Roof, Replace – Models 21, 22, 23
 Remove

Attaching parts. Cut out roof in area of roof struts using
electric or pneumatic cutting tool (MKM-846-1E, MKM-846-1P) and
using MKM-846-10. Separate roof – observe size of new
part.
Note: An additional
roof strut is fitted in vehicles with a DVD system!

Install
|
Fit roof. Apply two-component adhesive to roof strut (adhesive
bead Ø 10 mm). Apply spot weld paint. Weld in roof. Seal
body seams, seal cavities.
