Check storage and call-up functions (see illus. E 9600 in section 5.2.1)

·   Ignition ON.

·   Electrically adjust driver's seat position using rocker switches (2-11) in the seat side panelling.

·   Electrically adjust driver's/co-driver's door outside mirrors using mirror adjustment switch in handle of driver's door.

·   Adjust inside mirror by hand.

·   Press memory key (1) and personal key 1 (14) simultaneously.

·   Perform second driver's seat/outside/inside mirror adjustments and store with memory key (1) under personal key 2 (13).

·   Perform third driver's seat/outside/inside mirror adjustments and store with memory key (1) under personal key 3 (12).

·   Press personal key 1 (14) and hold down; the motors in the driver's seat and the mirrors are actuated by the control unit.

·   Check whether the driver's seat and the outside and inside mirrors move automatically to the pre-programmed positions.

·   Release personal key 1 as soon as the motors stop moving.

·   Carry out same memory function check with personal keys 2 and 3 and check that they perform correctly.
