Anti - lock Brake System ABS - 2 SH (+TC) Quick Check F5: ACTUATOR TEST
Note: For the following Actuator Tests for the various brake circuits observe exactly the instructions on TECH 1. Wrong answers / actions can lead to an erroneous diagnosis.
For each of the various brake circuits, the NORMAL function (normal brake system) and the PRESSURE MAINTAIN and PRESSURE RELEASE functions of the ABS are checked.
Important: The test must not be aborted. TECH 1 must not be disconnected before the end of the test. Otherwise, correct functioning of the brake system is no longer ensured. After the test, switch the ignition OFF and ON again.
