Injection Lines, Remove and Install
 Remove
|
Remove intake manifold – see operation "Intake Manifold,
Remove and Install".
Remove fuel feed line (3) and fuel return line (4) from fuel
injection pump.
Remove fuel injection lines from injection nozzle holder and
fuel injection pump with KM-812 (1).
Caution
Ensure that spacers (2) and (5) of fuel injection lines are
seated correctly.

Install
Install fuel injection lines at injection nozzle holder and fuel
injection pump with KM-812 – tightening torque 25 Nm / 18
lbf. ft.
Install fuel feed line with new seal rings on fuel injection
pump – tightening torque 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft.
Attach fuel return line and new seals to injection pump –
tightening torque 23 Nm / 17 lbf. ft.
Install intake manifold – see operation "Intake Manifold,
Remove and Install".
Bleed fuel system – see operation "Fuel System, Bleed (25
DT, X 25 DT)" in group "L".
