Oil Pump, Disassemble and Assemble
Remove
Remove oil pump – see operation "Oil Pump, Remove and Install".
Remove oil pump cover attachment screws (2).
Remove oil pump cover (1).
Remove inner rotor (3) and outer rotor (4).
Inspect
Check oil pump housing and oil pump cover for wear.
Install
Insert inner and outer rotors so that the markings are aligned (arrows) and can be seen from above.
Insert oil pump cover.
Install studs (1) in threaded holes.
Attach oil pump cover to oil pump housing – tightening torque 9 Nm / 6.5 lbf. ft.
Install oil pump – see operation "Oil Pump, Remove and Install".
