Charge Air Pipe, Remove and Install
 Remove

If present: remove radiator damper (3 parts).
Remove attachment screw (1) and turning locks (2) from upper
engine cover and remove upper engine cover.
Remove hoses to charge air pipe (3) and (5).
Remove fastening bolts (4) – note different bolt
lengths.
Remove charge air pipe.

Install
Insert charge air pipe.
Connect attachment screws.
Connect hoses to charge air pipe – hose connections must
be free of oil and grease.
Attach upper engine cover attachment screw. Connect upper engine
cover turning locks.
If present: install radiator damper (3 parts).
