Remove intake plenum – see operation "Intake Plenum,
Remove and Install (X 25 XE, X 30 XE)" or "Intake Plenum, Remove
and Install (Y 26 SE, Y 32 SE)". Disconnect vacuum hose (1) from
solenoid valve. Remove 2 fastening bolts (arrows) for intake plenum
switchover valve and remove switchover valve (2) complete with
vacuum unit from intake plenum – note seal ring.
Install
Insert switchover valve (3) with seal ring in intake plenum
– 8 Nm / 6 lbf. ft.
Install intake plenum – see operation "Intake Plenum,
Remove and Install (X 25 XE, X 30 XE)" or "Intake Plenum, Remove
and Install (Y 26 SE, Y 32 SE)".
