  Remove

Remove front toothed belt cover – see operation "Front Toothed Belt Cover, Remove and Install".

Remove closure plug (1) for oil pressure valve from oil pump.

Pull spring and piston from oil pump with bar magnet.

  Install

Install spring (1), piston (2) (note installation position), seal ring (3) and closure plug (4) in oil pump – tightening torque 60 Nm / 44 lbf. ft.

Install front toothed belt cover – see operation "Front Toothed Belt Cover, Remove and Install".
