·   Test of fuel cutoff solenoid valve negative

or

·   Short circuit to ground

·   Conditions must be fulfilled for at least 0.5 s (with short circuit)

Effects:

·  With short circuit to ground, engine operation is not ensured.

·   Engine start is not possible.

Note:

If the test of the fuel cutoff solenoid valve is negative, there is no effect.

Carry out relevant TECH 1 Actuator Test (section 3.4.3.1).
