Engine OFF

Press F5 in the system main menu, select desired test with arrow keys and confirm with YES. Follow instructions in the TECH 1 display.

Note:

The control unit switched the preheating period relay alternately between "preheating" and "no preheating".

The check is completed after a maximum of 30 s.

Note:

If this test is completed before its allocated time has elapsed (30 s), the diagnosis lamp flashes until another actuator test has been selected or 30 s have elapsed.

The preheating period relay is switched alternately:

INACTIVE 12 V

ACTIVE    0 V

Clicking noise from preheating period relay.
