Engine running at idle speed, operating temperature

 

Vehicle stationary

 

 

Press key F6 in the system main menu, select the desired test using the arrow keys and confirm with YES. Follow the instructions in the TECH 1 display.

 

 

Note:

In this mode, it is possible to increase/ decrease the starting fuel quantity that is to be injected by 5 mg/ stroke using the arrow keys.

In this adjustment mode, TECH 1 specifies the previously adjusted starting injection quantity to the control unit and the control unit regulates the engine to this amount.

This mode should be used if the engine is difficult to start although the preheater system is intact.
