· Engine not in operating condition: engine stationary, start, deceleration

     fuel cutoff and engine speed limitation

· Short circuit to voltage or circuit interruption

· Conditions must be fulfilled for at least 3.5 s

Effects:

· Oxygen sensor regulation and controlled canister purge valve regulation are blocked

· Controlled canister purge valve closed

· All adaptation except throttle valve adaptation and idle speed adjuster adaption is blocked.
