Remove crankshaft bearing cap.
Attach Dial Gauge MKM-571-B with dial gauge holder to cylinder
block. Position probe of Dial Gauge MKM-571-B on crankshaft bearing
journal.
Measure
Rotate crankshaft evenly. Max. permissible out-of-round: 0.03
mm.
Install
Remove dial gauge bracket with Dial Gauge MKM-571-B.
Attach crankshaft bearing cap with new bolts to cylinder block
– tightening torque 50 Nm / 37 lbf. ft. + 45°
+15°.
