Remove transmission and clutch – see operation "Manual
Transmission, Remove and Install (for Vehicles with 4-Cylinder
Petrol Engine)" and "Thrust Plate and Clutch Disc, Remove and
Install (Flat Flywheel)" and "Thrust Plate and Clutch Disc, Remove
and Install (without SAC)" in group "K".
Remove crankshaft needle bearing from crankshaft with KM-328-B
(1).
Install
Coat crankshaft needle bearing with lubricating grease (brown)
and drive into crankshaft using KM-235-D (2). Check transmission
drive shaft for wear.
Install clutch and transmission – see operation "Thrust
Plate and Clutch Disc, Remove and Install (Flat Flywheel)" and
"Thrust Plate and Clutch Disc, Remove and Install (without SAC)"
and "Manual Transmission, Remove and Install (for Vehicles with
4-Cylinder Petrol Engine)" in group "K".
