Notes on Trouble-shooting:

Cause of Fault:

(If nominal value is not attained)

 
·   Using multimeter, measure battery voltage

greater than 9 volts

·   Battery discharged

·   Battery has short circuit in one cell

·   Corroded battery terminals

 
·   Release and disconnect wiring harness plug K94 from ATWS control unit

 

 
·   Using multimeter, measure battery voltage

greater than 9 volts

·   Instrument panel wiring harness, not okay

     from:    K94/Ter. 2

     to:         Ter.30

 

 

·   Ground connection to control unit K94 not okay

     from:    K94/Ter. 22

     to:         ground

 

 
If nominal values are attained:

 

·   Control unit K94 defective
