Vehicle Systems Model Year '95:

As of Model Year '94, various electronic vehicle systems will no longer support blink code output of trouble codes via the instrument panel telltale.

As Model Year '95 vehicles may already be on the market by the time the next TECH 1

Program Module "Opel / Vauxhall 87 - 95 ECU" is available, the following solution has been developed:

Using Program Modules "Opel / Vauxhall 87 - 94 ECU and Opel / Vauxhall Omega - B 1994 ECU", it is possible to read out trouble code numbers from Model Year '95 systems.

For this, enter Model Year 95 for the TECH 1 displays

and then select the relevant system using the arrow keys.

If trouble codes are stored in the system, their numbers will now be displayed. However, the description of the trouble code number (information sensor, cause of fault) will not be displayed.
