Complaint: Wrong Indication Sporadic oil level warning from check-control despite correct oil level.
Cause: Oil level sensor defective.
Production Solution: As of 20.04.96 modified sensors have been fitted.
Special part: No
Remedy: Check that the oil level is at MAX on the oil dip stick in accordance with TI-C-61, J-273. Check also the plug contact between sensor and Info-display is secure. If the problem is evident replace the sensor. Production date of sensor can be found on the flange or side of the sensor.
