Turn dimmer potentiometer of the instrument lights in both directions to stop:

INACTIVE 0V

MID brightly

illuminated

Switch on radio

Turn dimmer potentiometer of the instrument lights in both directions to stop:

INACTIVE 0V

MID brightly

illuminated

Switch on parking lamps

Turn dimmer potentiometer of the instrument lights in both directions to stop:

Lower stop

INACTIVE

2.5 to 3.6 V

MID dim

Upper stop

ACTIVE

approx. 13.5 V

Note:

The dimmer voltage depends on battery voltage, i. e. the limits for the dimmer voltage given in the "Nominal Value" column can differ slightly from the actual measurement.
