Notes for Trouble-shooting:

Nominal Value:

Cause of Fault:

(If nominal value is not attained)

·   Remove radio

·   Using multimeter, measure resistance

higher than 1 kW

·   SDA has short circuit to MRQ

     between radio wiring harness plug

     Ter.18 and Ter. 22

·   MID defective

If nominal value is attained:

·   Radio defective

·   Remove instrument assembly

·   Disconnect MID wiring harness plug

·   Using multimeter, measure resistance between radio wiring harness plug

higher than 100 kW

·   SDA has short circuit MRQ

     Ter. 18 and Ter. 22

If nominal value is attained:

·   MID defective
