Table 1, Diagnostic Plug XD and
Voltage Supply, Check
TECH 1 refers to table 1 if
the unit is correctly connected, but data cannot be received from control unit
K103. In this case, perform the following tests:
· Carry out TECH 1
self-test as described in the TECH 1 Operating Instructions.
Important: For this test, TECH 1 must be connected to the
battery with the battery connection lead.
· Check DLC adapter being
used as described in the TECH 1 Operating Instructions.
If data still cannot be received after the self-test, check the
· diagnostic plug XD
· voltage supply of the
control unit K103
· ground connection of the
control unit K103
according to table 1.
