The luggage compartment lid hinges on the left and right D pillars are bolted and do not require maintenance. The hinge bearings are welded into the D pillars.

• Service When replacing the bow, remove the inner panelling from the D pillar. Observe the installation tolerance specifications in the Service Instructions in conjunction with body repairs (body dimension chart/gap dimensions for luggage compartment lid). |
