Remove wing - see operation "Wing, Remove and Install or Replace". Remove front door - see operation "Front Door or Rear Door, Remove and Install (Models F35, F19, F68)". Mark door hinge as shown (I). Detach door hinge from A-pillar, smooth contact face and align.
 Important! Before commencing welding operations: observe cable routing in A-pillar. Protect passenger compartment with spark protection cover.
 Install, Connect Secure door hinge to marked position by tack welding (II). Check position by fitting front door - see operation "Front Door or Rear Door, Remove and Install" and weld on with continuous weld seam. Seal cavity. Front door, wing. | 
Remove, Disconnect
