Fuel Filler Flap, Remove and Install or Replace (Models F35, F19, F68)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Closure cap (1), fuel filler flap.  

When replacing: Heat label with hot air drier, detach and use again.  

Object Number: 616194 Size: DEFAULT  Assemble   

Attach seal ring (2) from fuel filler flap. Detach seal ring all around in stages (3) and apply 1-component cyanoacrylate adhesive to guide (4).

Observe instructions for use of adhesive. Do not apply adhesive to visible points. Attach sticker with adhesive.

Fuel filler flap, closure cap.
