Roof, Replace (Model F35)  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Attaching parts. Drill off and detach roof. Cut out roof in area of cemented bond in roof strut using Oscillating Cutter MKM-846-1E or MKM-846-1P. Separate roof.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Prepare roof and fit. Apply PU glass adhesive (1-K - or 2-K). Weld in roof. Seal body seams.  

Attaching parts.

When replacing roof outer panel, apply PU glass adhesive (1-K or 2-K) to the flange of the roof supports and to the front and rear roof frames.

Front roof frame (adhesive applied to one side)

Rear roof frame (adhesive applied to one side)

Adhesive bead - Ø 10 mm/0.39 in.

Aftersales supplies the roof support as a single part.
