Noises or Vibrations

Squeaking /whistling noise at high speed.

Cause:

The noise is caused by the rubber lip which is located at the trailing edge of the rear side window.

Production Solution:

Remedy:

In case of complaint cut the rubber-lip (1) at the root using a sharp knife (carpet-cutter). Use emery cloth to rub smooth the cut-edge.

To ensure a clean and correct cut use a steel rule or similar as a guide when cutting.

A removement of the rear side window is not required.
