Glass Adhesive / Lay-Over Times  

PUR-RIM activator only for vulcanised glass screens (flange with blue cap available separately). It is necessary to maintain vehicle lay-over times after cementing glass screens in Aftersales for reasons of safety and quality. The lay-over times depend on glass screen type, vehicle airbag equipment and types of adhesive in the delivery range (1-component or 2-component adhesives). Once used, remaining quantities of primer and cleaner must be disposed of immediately.  

Environmental protection/disposal  

  1-Component adhesive: Ordinary refuse  

  2-Component adhesive kit: Press out remainder from cartridge. Remove as ordinary refuse.  

  Dispose of black primer, cleaner and PU activator as special refuse.

Note packing insert of adhesive kit.  

Vehicle Lay-Over Times  

Leave vehicles at least at 18 ° C/ 66 ° F ambient temperature after cementing the glass panes.
